The single photograph is not really one of the four. It is what the free repair costs to keep without our mark on it, and it is there for the one photograph that mattered enough to try us with.

What fills a gap in a damaged photograph is our best guess, not what was there.
Some photographs come back nearly whole and some come back part repaired and part guessed at. Send us the hardest one you have, for free, and you will know which yours is before a card is involved.

- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once for a pack and the photographs are yours. There is nothing to cancel.
- What if I have more photographs than the pack I bought?
- Buy another pack. We would rather sell you a second Keepsake than have you pay for fifty slots you did not need.
- What does the refund actually cover?
- The whole order, no questions, and you keep the files. A refund costs us less than an argument, and it is doing more work on this page than any feature.
- Why is one photograph on its own more expensive per photograph?
- Because it is one photograph. The packs are priced for the job most people have, which is a box. If you have one photograph that matters, the free repair shows you what it will look like before you spend anything.
