The single photograph is not really one of the four. It is what the free mend costs to keep without our mark across it, and it exists for the one print that mattered enough to try us with.
Before you spend anything
What fills a gap in a damaged photograph is our best guess, not what was there.
Mend one photograph, freeSome prints come back very nearly whole and others come back half mended and half invented. Send the worst one you own, for nothing, and you will know which yours is before a card is involved.
Questions about the price
- Is there a subscription?
- None. You pay once for a pack and the photographs are yours afterwards. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
- What if I have more photographs than the pack holds?
- Buy a second pack. We would far rather sell you another Keepsake than have you pay for fifty places you had no use for.
- What does the refund actually cover?
- The whole order, without argument, and you keep the files. A refund costs us less than a dispute, and it does more work on this page than any feature could.
- Why does one photograph on its own cost more each?
- Because it is one photograph. The packs are priced for the job most people have, which is a tin. If a single print matters that much, the free mend shows you the result before anything is spent.
